We love to party and have organized close to a hundred events, so we decided to share our celebration secrets! From what to wear, how to look fabulous, to tips on how to be the perfect party host – we shared our fave party essentials to ensure everyone celebrates in high style.

The first thing on our party planning list is always a fabulous location. It’s all about ambiance… We were hyped to host our GET MOVIN’ event at new hotspot LEMONADE. Why it’s crushworthy: cool underground vibe, innovative industrial design filled with homespun Mtl entrepreneurs and their creativity at every corner. Plus there were friggin’ SWINGS. Swings!!! If you can turn lemons into lemonade this is the place to be.

Nothing says celebration than looking the part. Bring on the red carpet glam! Want to stand out in the crowd? Here’s our little secret: La Creme de la Creme Boutique, is our favourite destination to find the perfect dress for all occasions. Owned by a gorgeous sister duo, they showcased the best dresses to ensure you sparkle this season.

Very high on our event planning list is the catering. Nothing brings people together like good food. And we know good food. It’s so good we didn’t even want to share (but we did). We won everyone’s party hearts through their tummies with Franca Mazza’s gourmet goodness.

Life is sweet, make yours even sweeter! No celebration is complete without sugary treats! Our guests savoured the tasty creations from Patisserie Tillemont. They shared how to create a memorable sweet table filled with an assortment of heavenly desserts. Divine!

Music sets the tone for any event. The right DJ keeps you movin’ to the beat, ours is next level…Our VIP guests got to experience DJ Jovie J’s trademark mixes!
We had our own very special reason to get movin’ too! We were going into our lucky thirteenth year in business (wow, we’re teens!) and we literally got movin’ as in we moved our office! Our new mantra is all about spreading JOY so we threw a party to kick start another exciting chapter! Both JOY & JOIE and GET MOVIN’ are all about making the most of life, taking on new opportunities and celebrating every milestone big and small.
